- Words statistics shall be subject to “Tool column－number of characters (without space)”.
- If the translation is in emergency, additional fee equivalent to 20% to 100% of the translation charge will be collected.
- Preferential prices will be given to long-term clients or when the translation work is large (to be discussed otherwise).

Remarks:
- When the translation time is less than one half of a day, it shall be deemed as one half of a day; when it is over one half of a day but less than one day, it shall be deemed as one day.
- The interpreter works 8 hours each day; if it is over 8 hours, overtime will be charged from the client.
- The safety and expenses arising out of boarding and lodging, communications and traffic shall be borne by the client.
